MSC Cruises Elevates Specialty Dining with Streamlined Menus, Flexible Packages, and Greater Value

MSC Cruises is raising the bar on its culinary offerings at sea with a sweeping revamp of its specialty dining experience, promising guests more flexibility, transparency, and value across its entire fleet. The changes, rolling out now, make it easier than ever for travelers to indulge in gourmet dining aboard MSC’s modern ships — whether they're in the mood for steak, sushi, or global flavors.


At the heart of this refresh is a simplified, fixed-fee menu model designed to remove the guesswork and elevate guest satisfaction. For one set price, diners can now choose from the majority of items on each restaurant’s full menu, typically including one starter, one main, and one dessert. Some ultra-premium dishes — such as luxurious Ozaki Wagyu beef — remain available for a small additional charge.

What’s New in MSC’s Specialty Dining Overhaul:

  • One Menu, One Price: Guests now benefit from greater menu variety and a transparent fixed-price structure across specialty venues, making planning and budgeting for a high-end culinary experience easier.

  • Flexible Packages: MSC is introducing customizable packages that let cruisers pre-purchase one to four dining experiences — including the option to return to their favorite restaurants multiple times (with some exceptions). This allows guests to build a personalized dining journey throughout their voyage.

  • Advance Purchase Savings: Travelers who book their specialty dining packages before their cruise can unlock up to 20% savings, adding extra incentive to plan ahead.
