MSC World Europa Shifts to French Antilles for Winter 2026-2027 as MSC Revises Deployment

MSC Cruises is making a major change to its Winter 2026-2027 lineup, bringing MSC World Europa to the French Antilles for the first time and strengthening the line’s presence in the Caribbean for the season. The newly announced deployment replaces the ship’s previously planned Middle East program.
Originally scheduled to sail from November 2026 through April 2027 in the Middle East, MSC World Europa will now offer 7- and 14-night itineraries from Fort-de-France (Martinique), Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe), and Bridgetown (Barbados). Ports of call will include Castries (Saint Lucia), St. George’s (Grenada), Philipsburg (St. Maarten), St. John’s (Antigua and Barbuda), Basseterre (St. Kitts and Nevis), Roseau (Dominica), and Kingstown (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines).
The move places one of MSC Cruises’ most advanced ships into a region that continues to see strong demand during the winter season. It also opens up a new opportunity for guests sailing from the Southern Caribbean and French Antilles to experience one of the line’s newest-generation ships without needing to travel to Europe or the Middle East.
As part of the shift, MSC World Europa will replace MSC Seaview in the French Antilles for Winter 2026-2027. MSC Seaview will instead be redeployed to Brazil and Argentina, with more details on those itineraries expected soon. The change reflects MSC Cruises’ continued effort to balance its global deployment while expanding options across multiple regions.
Guests currently booked on MSC World Europa for Winter 2026-2027 are being contacted directly and will have the option to move to another sailing or request a full refund. Meanwhile, guests booked on MSC Seaview sailings in the French Antilles will see no changes to their itineraries, sail dates, or overall cruise experience.
This deployment will mark MSC World Europa’s first season in the French Antilles, bringing its next-generation design and onboard features to the region for the first time. The ship’s Middle East program has now been shifted to Winter 2027-2028, where it is expected to sail itineraries calling at Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yas, Bahrain, and Doha.
