Following a significant dry dock, the ship is returning with major new additions and upgraded spaces—all timed for her first-ever Alaska season sailing from Seattle in 2026.

MSC Poesia entered service in 2008 as part of MSC Cruises’ Musica Class.

Now, nearly two decades later, this latest upgrade marks a major evolution as she prepares to sail in Alaska for the very first time.

The biggest and most important addition to MSC Poesia is the introduction of the MSC Yacht Club.
For the first time ever on this ship, guests will have access to MSC’s private, luxury “ship-within-a-ship” experience.

This is a major upgrade that completely changes the high-end offering onboard MSC Poesia.
New Specialty Dining Venues
MSC Cruises has also confirmed the addition of new specialty restaurants onboard.
New dining options include:
Butcher’s Cut – MSC’s signature American-style steakhouse
Kaito Sushi Bar – offering freshly prepared sushi and Japanese cuisine
These are brand-name MSC dining concepts being added to the ship, significantly expanding the specialty dining experience.
